Others refers to difference, to the encounter with what is foreign, unfamiliar, and transformative. In this exhibition, Alfredo Moreira da Silva reflects on travels that expanded his vision, bringing distant cultures into dialogue with his own creative practice. Others are not merely outsiders, but mirrors that reveal aspects of ourselves through contrast. The works evoke journeys, shocks, discoveries— experiences where beauty and strangeness coexist. They remind us that every culture is unique, yet all face common challenges, from environmental pressures to the spread of global habits.
